Maureen is a public speaker, writer, media personality, and entrepreneur. She’s also the co-owner and executive producer at NW Productions, LLC. She was a news reporter/anchor for several years in different markets across the country after achieving a degree in Broadcast Journalism. She’s a published author and her award-winning book speaks to those who want to achieve the “American Dream” which was released in January 2013. David Van Maren
David has been working in the entertainment industry about 30 years. He started working in front of the camera and then became an agent in TV, Films, commercials and the fashion & beauty industries. He booked and/or represented celebrities, models, TV talent, hosts, music artists, athletes as well as others. David was first introduced to the pageant scene in 1999 as a judge for the 2000 Miss Washington USA & Miss Washington Teen USA Pageants. A year and a half later, he received an invitation to become a state director for WA, then added ID in 2007, MT in 2012 and OR in 2015. Currently, David concentrates his efforts as a producer for live shows, TV, reality programming, and red carpet events. He also enjoys photography and his work has been seen in ads/editorials in fashion magazines, beauty campaigns and more.
Myrna Boxell retired from Boeing working in its communications department. Today, she’s part of Pageants NW where you can see her greeting potential contestants and pouring into these young women’s lives. She has seen their physical transformation into confident, strong delegates. Myrna has two children of her own with one who had competed in a pageant. She also has three grandchildren.
Producer, Operations & Casting
Marind has been part of the Pageants NW team since 2008. She is a co-producer for Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. She is also a casting director and the volunteer coordinator for PNW. Marind earned her MBA from Northwest Nazarene University. She and her husband, Rich, live in Kuna with their two beautiful children.
Choreographer & Casting
Michelle, Miss Washington USA 2008, is a University of Washington alumni and worked at The Boeing Company for over a decade as an engineer. She currently works for Lancome and loves her work at the Make-A-Wish Foundation. In addition, she is a Lifestyle Trainer, Pageant Coach and Choreographer and really enjoys her part-time work as a model, host/emcee and math tutor.
