Tracing her roots to Oregon’s original settlers in the 1850s, proud dairy farmers, loggers, and fishermen, Toneata Morgan now makes her home in the coastal town of Coquille. Toneata is 21 years old and will graduate in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, and a Minor in Film and Television Studies.
A busy actress and model, she can be seen in several popular reality TV series, including “Beauty and the Geek Australia,” “Growing Up Hip Hop,” and “Master P’s Family Empire.”
Toneata is also an entrepreneur as CEO and designer for All Legs, her active-wear company. Her ultimate career goal is to build a fashion empire, starting with her All Legs active-wear, while continuing acting and modeling. Through entertainment content and long-valued morals, Toneata wants to inspire a movement among millennials towards an inclusive, more caring, and connected community nationwide.
Giving back is extremely important to Toneata, so she has dedicated All Legs to taking action with every sale, contributing to charities promoting causes that matter to women, such as cyberbullying, including the Kind Campaign and the Cybersmile Foundation.
In honor of her late father, a Purple Heart Veteran who died when she was just one year old, Toneata also supports the Wounded Warrior Project, the Ladies Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and other veterans’ causes.
Consequently, as her Miss Oregon USA 2018 platform, Toneata is passionate about educating youth about cyberbullying and supporting our veterans and the military. She looks forward to speaking at schools and other organizations where positive role models are needed to encourage young people to go after their dreams and goals, and to honor those veterans whose sacrifices have made our way of life possible.
Toneata has many awards and honors, including being on the Dean’s List at her university; in the Top 15% of her high school class; Ambassador, National Society of High School Scholars, and winner of her county’s 2014 VFW Voice of Democracy Speech Competition.
For fun, Toneata enjoys exercise/fitness, kayaking, hiking, camping, swimming, boating, ATVs, horseback riding and, of course, shopping / fashion.
Toneata sets goals, works hard, and dreams big. She seeks to honor her state as “the first Miss Oregon crowned Miss USA, then competing for the title of Miss Universe.”
